2012 Christmas Card for work, and free pngs for you!

Good Friday morning,

Yesterday, I gave out my Christmas cards at work.  The png graphic above is all of the elements together.  This is the front of the card, and was put on a piece of larger card stock that I inked around.

This is just the png graphic girl.  Her hat is a little reindeer hat that I created.  Yes, she is unusual, but I like unusual.

This is the little png graphic mouse that I added to the front of the card.  He was made several years ago.

This is "funky" reindeer, and he was made last year, I think.  He's holding a little flower in his hand.

This is how the inside of my card looked, when all put together.  This was also put on larger card stock, and inked around.

And finally, the tree.  If I'd had time, I was going to write diagonally, like garland, on the tree.  Maybe Christmas words, like joy, peace, and love.  Or Jesus, savior, love, for a more religious-style meaning.

After all, the reason for the season, is Jesus.

Unfortunately, when I got ready to print out my graphics to assemble, my printer was down.  I've been having a lot of trouble with it going off-line.  It would print one graphic, and then it would go off-line.  This time, it just didn't want to go back online.

Since I've been having trouble with it for awhile, I had purchased an HP Officejet 4622 about a month ago.  It's been sitting in my granddaughters room, waiting for me to use up all the ink from my old printer.  Alas, I was not able to use it all up, but it was almost empty.

So my dear husband, installed my new printer.  I like it because I can buy my ink cartridges separately, and I checked before buying this printer, to see how much those ink cartridges were going to cost me each time.  They are cheaper, and it will be easier to fit in my budget, as I will only need to buy whichever color is low.  I like that. I usually try to keep one set on hand, in case I run low when doing a project.

Our Christmas party is today.  I am going in a little later this morning, and I have my white elephant gifts ready to go.  I crocheted a slip-in type rectangle cover and slipped a little journal inside.  I'll post pictures of that in another post.  I tied little handmade, crocheted flowers to the top, in case the receipant wanted to remove them.

I have a box of candy to go with it, and I'll try to come up with some original decoration for it.

I hope you all are enjoying your parties!

Have a terrific day!

Party Animal 2; great for a get well card!

Good Tuesday morning!

This is party animal 2, and this one has a tear in his eye.  I made the original party animal below, and then my daughter texted me that she was throwing up.  She has the flu.  I quickly made a big tear to go in his eye for a quick text picture.  (See below.)

Here is party animal two, both pngs.  One larger, and one smaller.  Doing the work for you on this one so you don't have to resize (but you still can, if you wish.)

Here is the little tear, png format again.

The card.  You can put things together fast.  I took a picture,
and then texted the picture to her.

And last, but not least, is the flower I created, another png graphic.

I always visit my daughter and granddaugthers on Friday because my work place is close to their home.  My daughter had texted Friday morning, that her youngest had the flu.  Threw up multiple times and had woke up that morning crying.  She must have gotten up with it.

You are thirsty, but ANYTHING you put in your stomach, even sips of water or sprite, come right back up with this flu.

My daughter wanted to give me the opportunity NOT to come, as she didn't want me to catch it.  But she wasn't sure it was the flu.  I had her text me later in the day to see how my grandbaby was coming along.  She appeared to be "on the mend."  So ... I went for a visit.

Then Sunday, my daughter texted that she had it.  She was miserable.

By early evening, my oldest granddaughter had it.  Poor babies!  (She was going to keep her home from school the next day, even if she was mending, as it worn her out.)

So this thing is contagious!

I am praying that I did NOT bring it home for me and my husband to pass around.

For me, if I don't get it Monday or Tuesday (I'm writing this blog post early), I'll be fine.  I work at home on these days, so at least I can work from home.

But my dear hubby goes out into the workplace, and he visits lots of companies throughout the day, making it a TRAVELING sickness.  Most people do not want this type of gift through the holiday season.

So stay well, and hopefully, you will not find yourself sick or exposing others.  (My husband's company told them NOT to get sick through the holidays.  C'mon now.  What can you do when you're sick.)

My company, on the other hand, says, "If you are sick, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO WORK, and expose everyone else."  Thank you!  Common sense.

Which company would you want to work for???

To your health!

Pre-Christmas PNG Graphics: Use on your own projects!

Good morning,

I am back with created graphics for today.  This first would make a nice Christmas card front.  It is in png format, and free for you to use.

Here is the png without the tree, in case you wished to put one of the other pngs inside.

This would be cute on the inside left or right flap of your card.

Here's a flower to use on the card, or to decorate your envelope.

A few more pngs to use in decorating.

And here is the tree on the table, offered several years ago in jpg format, but this version is in a png format.

My blog is slow today, and doesn't want to respond to my input.

Hope you enjoy them ... and have a great day!

Halloween Is Coming-Free PNG graphic downloads

Good morning!

Halloween is fast approaching, so as the month progresses, I will have some free Halloween PNG graphics for you to download and use in your scrapbooking creations.

The picture today features some past and upcoming items offered in the month of October.

The month of October is in full swing, and every day there are items in a free png graphics kit for you to download.

Some kits have 5 items, but usually, there's a lot more.

Some kits continue for 2 or 3 days and can feature up to 45 png graphics when all days are downloaded.

Lots of fun for me, and hopefully for you, too!

Head on over and check out what's available for this month. Remember to check back daily, and pick up the newest free kit.

September is done ... and the kits have been taken down, but there is a magazine that features what was up last month. It's downloadable in a free Word document. I love designing the front covers.

Have a terrific day!

Creating Anything with PNG Graphic Tubes

Good morning,

Just wanted to keep in touch.

New png graphic tubes are going up daily at my website and will be up for the month of September for today and tomorrow. At that time, I will take those down ... and begin the month of October.

This little creation was just something I threw together this morning to show you the versatility of using png graphic tubes.

If your child likes to read, and you just bought them a book, you could make this little gift tag for the book. You could even personalize it by putting their name in; i.e. Because Jamie likes to Read.

Only 2 of the items in this creation are actually on my website ... or will be soon. You just have to keep checking.

You can set up folders for the items: papers, characters, borders, frames, decos, flowers, etc. And then you know where to get an item when you want it. Set up a main folder such as Easy As Pie Daily Graphics and put your subfolders inside. Then you will also know WHERE you got them.

Creating is fun! And digital creating is the best ... at least for me.

I hope you'll take time to check out the png graphic tubes. Download them. No email address captured to get them -- no real committment or info to give out.

If you like them, and use them ... it would be nice if you'd take time to sign the guestbook though.

Have a great day! Happy creating!

Final Day for PNG graphics 10s917-kit -- New Kit starting tomorrow (10s923)

Good morning,

Png graphics over the last few days and new ones tomorrow are featured in this little Soccer Tonite picture.

The pink flower graphic and the note square are in tomorrows new png graphics kit (10s923-kit), while the other three flowers are featured in today's final pack (10s917-kit).

The final package today, picked up over several days, comes to a total of 57 pngs.

If you're looking for some new png graphics to scrap with, whether it's for scrapping family pictures or doing your own cards, come on over and pick these up. They are P/CU with credits to the creator (me).

Putting together your creative projects can be fast and easy using any png graphics. This took only a minute to put together! Wow! So fast ... so easy!!!

These particular pngs did not need resizing. This is the size they are, so you won't spend a lot of time reducing each one.

Hoping your day ... and evening are wonderful!

Enjoy!
